Deputy Manager

This global multi-product retailer is looking for a deputy manager to drive the business performance of their flagship store in Slough. Working closely with the senior management team, you will be responsible to deliver commercial, operational and audit targets that exceed business expectations.

The retailer is known for their diverse product portfolio, incredible customer service and employee development.

Coming from a customer facing environment, you will be a senior retail manager who has a proven track record operating in a fast and high-volume environment. Excellent communication and collaborative skills are a necessity as you will be developing relationships with key stakeholders.

The retailer is paying up to £43,000 for the right candidate. There is a 20% performance related bonus and benefits package included. As the store manager, you will be given the autonomy to implement your strategies to impact the store.
