Deputy Manager

An established luxury food retailer based in Central London are looking for a deputy manager. This company is currently one of the leaders in the market and is popular for those who are looking for a thoughtful but tasty gift!

As the deputy manager you will work closely with the store manager, overseeing the site and manging your team to ensure they remain motivated and sales/operational targets are being achieved. You will also be responsible for the visual standards in store to entice shoppers and encourage high footfall.

You will ned to be familiar with taking customers through a sales ceremony to encourage loyalty and ensure that the site is compliant/healthy safety standards and procedures are being implemented accurately.

The salary is paying up to £34,500 + a competitive commission scheme
