Deputy Retail Manager

A growing ladies accessories retailer who currently has 30 stores across the UK is looking for a deputy manager in the Brighton area. This company is passionate about taking customers through a journey when they enter the store, ensuring that everyone has a memorable and tailored service.

As the deputy manager, you will assist the store manager with sales forecasting and budgets to manage the P+L. You will also be very present on the shop floor, leading your team from the front to ensure excellent customer service and visual standards of the store.

You will need to be a strong motivator who is comfortable with retail operations to ensure stock levels are accurate. You will also conduct performance reviews with your team to maintain store standards and set relevant targets.

The salary is paying up to £30,000 accompanied by a KPI related monthly bonus and employee discounts across the group.
