Digital Marketing & CRM Manager
An established fashion and accessories retailer is looking for a digital marketing and CRM manager to take full ownership of how their customers are acquired, retained, re-engaged and rewarded as part of a long-term growth strategy. This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded leader who builds results progressively, through insight, discipline and sustained execution.
You will set and deliver a joint digital acquisition and CRM strategy across all channels and markets, owning performance against revenue, traffic, retention and cost-of-sale targets. On the acquisition side, you will lead channel strategy across PPC, SEO, paid social, affiliates, display and app marketing, managing significant media budgets with rigorous commercial discipline. On the retention side, you will own and evolve our CRM platform, build lifecycle programmes that retain and reactivate customers, and design and launch a customer loyalty and rewards programme.
You will lead, coach and develop a multi-disciplinary CRM and digital marketing team, and act as a senior stakeholder and trusted partner across Ecommerce, Trading, Retail, Buying, Insights and Technology. This is a role that demands both strategic vision and hands-on commercial rigour, and the confidence to influence at the most senior levels of the business.
You will bring extensive experience in a senior digital marketing role spanning both acquisition and CRM, with a strong track record of driving measurable growth in a retail or consumer environment.
The role is paying up to £75,000 for the right candidate. There is a bonus and benefits package.
