E-commerce Operations Manager (Malta)
We are delighted to have partnered with a luxury fashion brand who are recruiting for an ecommerce operations manager, for their office in Malta. The brand is essentially a high-end concept store that curates collections from major global designer labels. They stock brands such as Valentino, Fendi, Dolce & Gabbana and many more! The store itself is designed to feel like a premium shopping experience, with a strong focus on service and styling.
The E-Commerce Operations Manager will manage and optimize end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, logistics, and customer service. This role requires expertise in e-commerce platforms, supply chain coordination, and data-driven decision-making to streamline processes and drive growth.
The successful candidate will need to have experience launching platforms, have proficiency in Shopify, WordPress and in UX/UI design. You will have experience in managing projects from concept to completion, have a strong understanding of inventory hierarchy and its role in improving user experience.
You will be monitoring order processing to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, collaborate with logistic partners and identify opportunities in the fulfillment processes.
In return the company is offering a salary of €45,000. The role is suitable for an EU citizen.
