Ecommerce Business Analyst – Logistics & Fulfilment
An international retailer is looking for an ecommerce business analyst to support the ecommerce IT team. This will be a hands on role for someone who understands how the backend of ecommerce really works. From carrier integrations and order fulfilment pipelines through to warehouse operations. This role is for someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery.
In this role, you will gather and document business requirements, write epics and user stories, and coordinate testing activity to ensure new platform capabilities land smoothly and meet operational expectations. You will work closely with ecommerce product lead, internal logistics and operations teams, and external partners, including carriers and third party fulfilment providers, acting as a key point of contact across the full delivery lifecycle.
You will be someone with extensive experience with ecommerce logistics, carrier management or fulfilment operations. This role is for someone who enjoys working in agile environments, has a confident grasp of tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and has the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across a fast moving retail environment.
The role is paying up to £75,000. There is a bonus and benefits package that includes healthcare, life assurance and various discounts. The role is based in Central London with hybrid working in place.
