Ecommerce Operations & Carrier Integration Analyst

An international fashion retailer is looking for an ecommerce operations & carrier integration analyst to join their London based ecommerce IT team. This is a specialist role for someone who understands the technical and operational mechanics of carrier integration within an ecommerce environment.

You will be responsible for the day to day management and continuous improvement of our carrier integrations, working closely with external carrier partners, warehouse logistics providers and internal operations teams to keep fulfilment running smoothly. You will monitor platform performance, coordinate the implementation of new carrier services, and act as the key point of contact.

You will bring solid experience in an ecommerce operations or integration role with a strong focus on carriers, last-mile delivery or fulfilment systems. Familiarity with agile ways of working, third-party vendor management and tools such as JIRA and Confluence will be expected, alongside the ability to communicate confidently with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

The role is paying up to £75,000. There is a bonus and benefits package that includes healthcare, life assurance and volunteer days.
The role is based in Central London with hybrid working in place.
