ER Advisor
This high street fashion retailer is seeking an ER advisor to support management across the UK with employee relations queries. Some of the typical things the ER advisor will be responsible for include being the first point of call, tracking ER cases, and introducing tools for stores to support with basic ER cases.
The typical cases include lateness, sickness, flexible working requests and long-term sickness etc.
The role is paying up to £60,000. There is a bonus and benefits package with paid travel outside of London. Please note, this is a 6 month fixed term contract.
