A bit about the role

The primary purpose of the role will be to maintain the Finance Systems (Oracle R12) ensuring smooth operations and accurate data. This role involves troubleshooting, system enhancements, user support and compliance with regulations. The successful candidate will have strong Oracle R12.2 ERP experience, excellent finance knowledge (preferable CIMA or ACCA part-qualified), and a problem-solving mindset. This role will work closely with various levels of management, Finance and IT and other teams to optimise system performance, processes and new technologies.

This will be a hybrid role, with 1 or 2 days presence required at either the London or Leicester office each week.

As a Finance Systems Administrator, You will:

Maintain the administration of the Finance system applications, specifically Oracle R12.2 including user access, security, and configurations.
Developing and maintaining system documentation and training materials.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Conducting regular user audits and system reconciliations

Be a strong written and verbal communicator and be confident presenting to Stakeholders. Ensure that technical information is properly translated to ensure non-technical audiences understand the subject matter. An ability to understand and explain complex issues to others, accurately relaying resolutions

Perform ad hoc data analysis and reporting task
