Floor Manager

A hospitality company known for food, drink and community is seeking a floor manager to oversee all daily site operations. You will take full ownership of each shift, ensuring a great customer experience and that company standards are met.

Your responsibilities will include driving sales as well as coaching, motivating and developing a team.

Coming from a similar position within hospitality, you will be confident with a hands on approach. It's a fast paced, high volume environment, so you must be adaptable and enjoy high pressure environments.

The role is paying up to £35,000. There is a bonus and benefits package included. High performing floor managers tend to be fast tracked to an assistant general manager through an internal development program.
