As an FOB Account Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of a fast-moving international operation, owning the end-to-end FOB supply chain process for a portfolio of key customers. Working closely with commercial, operations, procurement and logistics teams across the UK, US and Asia, you'll manage orders from production through to delivery, keep customers informed, solve problems before they become issues and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a highly visible role that offers fantastic exposure across the business and would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, juggling priorities and being the person who keeps everything moving forward.
We're looking for an energetic, organised and commercially aware professional with experience in supply chain, customer service, account coordination or a similar operational role. You'll be confident working with international customers, comfortable analysing data in Excel and motivated by delivering outstanding service. Most importantly, you'll bring a positive, proactive mindset, thrive in a fast-paced environment and love taking ownership of challenges. In return they are offering a salary of up to £42,000, a discretionary annual bonus, hybrid working and the chance to work for an expanding global business that are making serious moves in the industry.
