Ready to lead food and beverage operations at one of the UK’s most iconic live event venues? We’re looking for an experienced food & beverage manager to take charge of high-volume food and drink outlets across multiple levels of a landmark stadium that plays host to international matches, global concerts, and unforgettable live events.
This isn’t your average hospitality job. You’ll be part of a fast-evolving team redefining what food and drink looks like at major events — from football finals to sold-out concerts. Resilience, leadership, and flexibility are essential.
From classic crowd favourites like burgers, pies, and beer, to curated offerings tailored to world-class acts, this is your chance to help shape the fan experience from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running multiple kiosks and concessions across general admissions or premium levels
- Managing and checking in casual staff and frontline leadership teams
- Leading team briefings, coordinating stock takes, managing wastage, and ensuring timely deliveries
- Supporting innovation in food and drink offerings, particularly for artist-led experiences
- Ensuring high standards of health, safety, and compliance at all times
- Supporting broader F&B operations alongside senior managers
What Works in This Role:
- We’re looking for leaders with grit, pace, and operational precision.
- Assistant Managers or Deputy Managers in high-volume hospitality, nightclubs or fast-paced restaurants
- High-footfall pubs or event-based F&B operations
- Stadium or arena experience is a bonus
The package:
- £40,000 – £45,000 salary
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays
- Time in lieu for events (predominantly Mon–Fri work week)
- Great pension
- Life assurance
- Access to high-profile live events
- Growth potential in a stable and expanding business
This role is a unique opportunity to grow your leadership skills while being at the centre of some of the UK's most exciting live moments.
