Food & Beverage Operations Manager
Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred signifies the evolution of Shoreditch and is home to 258 bedrooms and suites, restaurants and bars and five meeting and event spaces. The restaurants and bars include Seed Library, a cocktail bar by renowned bartender Mr Lyan and Kaso a rooftop bar and terrace with panoramic views across East London. The lobby bar and coffee shop and Sticks & Sushi complete the hotel’s food and drinks offering. Bedrooms and suites at the hotel place emphasis on comfort and are designed as your retreat from the vibrancy and energy of the area, providing headspace and calm the heart of Shoreditch allowing you to disconnect from the outside world. As our Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of strategy, operations, and team leadership to deliver memorable guest experiences while driving commercial success across each of the One Hundred Shoreditch outlets.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has a passion for both people and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and deliver the F&B strategy, aligned with hotel goals.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations across outlets, ensuring seamless service and high standards.
Menu Innovation: Collaborate with the culinary team to design seasonal and engaging menus.
Guest Experience: Champion service quality, respond to feedback, and ensure unforgettable experiences.
Financial Management: Drive profitability by managing budgets, analysing performance, and implementing cost efficiencies.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing F&B team.
Events & Catering: Coordinate banquets, events, and catering with precision and creativity.
Supplier Relations: Manage vendor partnerships and ensure high-quality procurement.
About You
Proven experience leading food and beverage operations, ideally within upscale or lifestyle hotels.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving revenue.
A natural leader with the ability to motivate, train, and inspire teams.
Passionate about food, drink, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Organised, adaptable, and able to balance strategy with hands-on operational leadership.
Knowledge of current food, beverage, and hospitality trends.
