As a team member, you’ll be at the centre of the action — serving our famous doughnuts and drinks, keeping the store looking its best, and making sure every guest receives the warm, friendly service we’re known for. It’s a fantastic opportunity to build your skills and be part of something iconic.
The store is open from 8am to 11pm, and some shifts may involve lone working — particularly during opening or closing times. Because of this, all applicants must be 18 or over and confident working independently when needed.
Don’t worry if you’ve never worked in food or retail before — we’ll give you all the training you need. Just bring your energy, a passion for customer service, and a desire to grow your career in a truly one-of-a-kind setting.

🔧 Your Role
As a Food Production Operative, you'll be at the heart of our doughnut creation process. Your responsibilities include:
• Measuring and mixing our delicious dough ingredients.
• Operating production line equipment to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Capability to lift ingredient containers weighing up to 25kg multiple times throughout the day.
