A leading luxury multi-product retailer is looking for a results-driven Store Manager to lead their travel retail stores located in a high-traffic airport environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with airport security and operational standards.

This role is critical in maintaining the brand image and delivering a premium experience to international travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive store performance to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Maximize sales through effective visual merchandising

Analyze sales reports and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and develop a motivated, service-focused team.

Lead by example to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy store culture.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development.

Customer Experience:

Ensure exceptional service standards are delivered consistently to a diverse, international customer base.

Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Operations & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with airport regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards.

Coordinate with airport authorities, logistics partners, and security personnel as required.

Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards:

Ensure all displays are aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for high traveler footfall.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment; experience in travel retail is highly advantageous.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop a diverse team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is essential, additional languages are a plus.

Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced, shift-based schedules including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Strong commercial awareness and understanding of retail KPIs.

Experience with POS systems and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
