What you’ll do
Being a Global Internal Communications Specialist (Apprentice) is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success. By the end of the apprenticeship, you’ll have the skills to confidently:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal communication campaigns and events that engage and inspire team members.
• Collaborate with our events specialist to bring experiences to life, managing registration, team logistics, and generating content for social media and internal channels
• Create and edit engaging content for internal channels including newsletters, intranet, digital screens, and town halls.
• Manage calendars and schedules for campaigns and events, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Measure and evaluate the impact of communications and activations, using data to drive improvements.
• Partner with teams across the business to support and enable effective communication within and across departments.
Who you are
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:
• Excellent written and verbal communicator with great attention to detail and a creative approach to engaging audiences.
• Demonstrates strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and SharePoint, with a willingness to learn new tools.
• Brings a passion for Costa Coffee and an interest in digital content creation, with a curious and analytical mindset.
