About the role
Reporting to the Group Services & Contracts Manager, The GNFR Services manager is accountable for the day-to-day support of retail stores. The GNFR Services Manager will build relationships externally with suppliers to ensure service level agreements are maintained, whilst internally to deliver great service to Retail by working cross functionally to understand what it takes to run our sites. To deputise for the Group Services Manager when required.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with the GNFR and procurement team with the administration of Retail contracts across but not limited to Energy, Waste, Uniform, Storage, Cleaning, Stationery, General equipment
Supporting in leading a culture of continuous improvement in service levels, costs and efficiencies within our Retail contracts.
Delivering first-time support to the Field and Stores resolving issues relating to third party contract issues.
Working with the Retail Performance Manager(s) to develop reporting that measures & supports the field management team with end-to-end adoption, compliance, and delivery of the agreed customer proposition, SLA’s.
Assisting with reviews of all P&L reporting provided to the Store & Field teams to ensure targets are met through providing support & focus.
Responsible for the management and delivery of equipment repair through robust processes
Process invoices, request purchase orders and track spend through detailed reporting.
About you
Proven operational experience in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
Skilled in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions
Exceptional attention to detail
Eagerness to collaborate and support colleagues throughout the organisation
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office packages
Experience liaising with external suppliers and managing supplier-related issues is highly advantageous

We offer hybrid working in our Support Centre, you will be based at our Support Centre 3 days a week with an optional 2 days working from home.
