A luxury restaurant chain is keen to bring in a head chef for their site located in the Leith area of Edinburgh. This restaurant is renowned for its unique and delicious dishes, and they are constantly expanding throughout the UK.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the team is motivated to deliver an excellent service whilst working to the relevant health and safety guidelines. Every dish will need to be created with passion and finesse. This brand specializes in serving small plates as well as their sought-after main dishes.

As a head chef you will work closely alongside the general manager, and you will have a team of chefs that directly report into you. You will also be responsible for organizing the kitchen and ensuring that the front house team are equipped to provide customers with a memorable dining experience.

The salary is paying up to £45,000 in addition to a discretionary bonus paid quarterly.
