A top casual dining chain is seeking a Head Chef to oversee and lead the kitchen team at their St Albans location. This restaurant chain has established itself as a leader in the industry and is poised for further growth and expansion. You will be working with a lovely varied and seasonal menu where you can show your flair.

As Head Chef, you'll collaborate with the General Manager to ensure seamless restaurant and kitchen operations. Additionally, you'll play a key role in developing and mentoring your team.

The position offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 for a 48 hour contract, along with a quarterly bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
