An emerging beauty and wellness brand at the forefront of sensory innovation is looking for a Global Head of E-Commerce/Digital to drive its next phase of growth. With products rooted in emotional well-being and crafted through the lens of luxury and creativity, this brand is redefining how people connect with fragrance, energy, and self-care.

This is a pivotal, senior position for a commercially-minded digital leader who will own and execute the global e-commerce strategy. You’ll be responsible for driving growth, conversion, and customer retention across all digital touchpoints, while shaping an exceptional online experience that reflects the brand’s identity and values.

Based at the East London HQ, you’ll work closely with the marketing and commercial teams to deliver measurable results and elevate the digital brand presence worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the global e-commerce strategy to meet growth and profitability targets.
- Oversee forecasting, trading, and performance analytics with a strong commercial focus.
- Manage and optimise the DTC site (Shopify Plus), ensuring seamless user experience and continuous CRO improvement.
- Develop and execute CRM strategies, including automated flows and newsletter campaigns, to drive engagement and lifetime value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital storytelling.
- Use insights and data to guide decisions on trading, acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Manage and mentor a growing digital team, ensuring best-in-class execution and innovation.

Ideally, you will have experience in E-Commerce leadership within luxury, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands demonstrating growth. Knowledge of Shopify Plus, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools would be advantageous with a strong commercial acumen with an ability to balance creativity and data-driven decision-making. As this is a growing business - a hands on approach is a must.

The position is paying a basic salary in the range of £70-80,000, offering hybrid working, 33 days holiday and a performance related bonus worth 10%, discount. Please do get in touch or apply.
