About the role
This is a rare chance to take on a highly strategic role at the centre of Halfords’ transformation journey. As Head of HR Partnering, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our most senior leaders, from the Operating Board to Divisional Directors, influencing decisions at the highest level and shaping the future of our business with bold, forward-thinking people strategies.
You’ll act as the bridge into our Centres of Excellence, bringing together the right expertise to tackle complex challenges and unlock new opportunities. More than a partner, you’ll be a custodian of culture, coaching leaders, championing performance, and ensuring our people are empowered to deliver their very best.
The impact you make will be tangible: building capability, driving efficiency, and enabling our people to deliver the outcomes that matter most, for our customers, our colleagues, and our shareholders.
