We are seeking a confident and service-driven Head Waiter to play a key role in supporting the flow, standards and energy of the club.

This position is suited to someone ready to step beyond their section — someone who leads through presence, anticipates the needs of both guests and their team and helps create a club that feels calm, polished and naturally attentive.

Working closely with the Floor Managers, you will act as a stabilising presence during service while supporting the development and success of the waiter team.

We are looking for someone who:

Brings strong service experience within quality restaurants, hotels or members’ clubs
Leads naturally and supports waiters with confidence and professionalism
Remains composed and solutions-focused during busy service periods
Takes pride in preparation, ensuring opening and closing standards are executed with care
Enjoys mentoring newer team members and reinforcing service expectations
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and floor awareness

You will support induction training, guide team members on the food pass, and float across sections to ensure the guest experience remains seamless at all times.
