Hospitality General Manager
An incredible opportunity has come up for a hospitality general manager to join a global food retailing business, in its prime location – Times Square, New York!
This role will be a prestigious role in the group and will see you leading the way in making it an iconic well performing venue for the group.
As the general manager you will be driving sales, and inspiring a team to deliver on service. You will manage an AGM, marketing manager, events manager, as well as supervisors and hospitality staff, so driving team development and morale will be important.
Having experience with vendor curation and food trend knowledge will be integral to succeed in this role. Being strategic in your approach is important, but you will also be operationally hands on, getting stuck in to all aspect of the business.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally come from a large hospitality background (food halls etc), so fast paced retail options could work too.
You will have a proven track record in driving sales, and large teams. Having strong communication skills, as well as looking at the big picture will make this role work!
In return there is a highly competitive salary up to $160,000, with bonus potential. Ideally you are based in New York, with local experience however, for the right candidate relocation can be considered! Don’t miss out on this exciting role and apply today!
