What You’ll Be Doing

A friendly, welcoming presence with a genuine love for hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences.
Confidence and expertise in managing the door, handling reservations, and responding to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
Responding to guest enquiries promptly, accurately, and with a personal touch.
Using systems such as SevenRooms to manage bookings and coordinate with the floor team.
Supporting the team to deliver consistently excellent hospitality in a lively, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Bring

A friendly, engaging presence with a genuine love for hospitality.
Proven experience in a busy, high-energy restaurant setting.
Familiarity with reservation platforms such as SevenRooms (or the confidence to learn quickly).
Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
A passion for the London food scene, and fresh seasonal produce.
Full UK right to work documentation.
