What you’ll be doing:
Overseeing a section in a fast-paced environment, ensuring turnaround times are met.
Consistently delivering a high standard of hospitality.
Communicating comprehensive knowledge of our produce and suppliers to our guests.
Operating in alignment with our company values and brand ethos.
Demonstrating efficiency in all aspects of service and the ability to multitask.
Collaborating effectively as part of a team.
Actively participating in and contributing to daily briefings and in-house training sessions.
What you’ll bring:
A friendly, welcoming presence with a genuine love for hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences.
2 years experience in a busy, high-energy restaurant environment.
Skilled with reservation systems like SevenRooms or similar platforms.
Confidence and expertise in managing the door, handling reservations, and responding to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
Flexibility to work varied shifts across 5 out of 7 days.
Full UK right to work documents.
