HR Advisor
We are working with a rapidly growing electronic distributor based in the Burnley area, now seeking a HR Advisor to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 working from home. This has the opportunity to become a permanent full time position.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Employee Relations Manager, you will provide comprehensive HR support across both the sales and warehouse distribution functions. You’ll offer guidance on all people-related matters, ensure HR policies and processes are adhered to, and manage employee data and reporting to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and support stakeholders on a range of HR and employee relations issues
- Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and company policies
- Maintain accurate HR data and produce reports to inform decision-making
- Support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, absence management, and policy queries
- Promote best practices and contribute to HR process improvements
About You
- Previous HR advisory or administrative experience is essential
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance
- Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Organised, analytical, and proactive in your approach
