HR Advisor

We’re partnering with a fashion retailer to recruit a confident and people focused HR Advisor to join their energetic, fast paced team. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a role where no two days look the same , supporting store teams, guiding managers, and helping shape a positive, high performance culture across the business.

In this role, you’ll provide day to day HR support across employee relations, absence management, recruitment, onboarding, and policy guidance. You’ll work closely with operational leaders to coach, influence, and ensure best practice, while also contributing to wider people initiatives that strengthen engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, solutions driven communicator with a genuine passion for developing people. This role is particularly well suited to a retail manager looking to step into their first HR position.
