HR Business Partner
An established name in the retail sector is looking to appoint a proactive and commercially minded HR Business Partner at their busy service centre in near Hedge End, supporting approximately 180 employees. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a business that places people at the heart of its ongoing growth and transformation.
Working closely with the Head of HR, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing the people agenda within the centre. Your focus will be on aligning HR initiatives with business priorities, developing a high-performing culture, and offering strategic support to leadership teams. The position demands a hands-on approach to partnering with stakeholders, fostering strong working relationships, and driving forward people-centric solutions that enhance performance and engagement.
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a similar HR Business Partner capacity, ideally gained within a retail, hospitality, or shared service environment.
- A track record of delivering results in fast-paced settings.
- Strong influencing skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
- A practical, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for driving positive change.
This role offers a competitive salary of up to £56,000 depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, life assurance and good pension and great discount, to name a few.
