HR Business Partner – Retail Operations
Join a leading retail group with over 1,000 staff across 200+ sites, currently expanding rapidly. We are seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to support the UK-wide retail operations.
• Day-to-day operational HR support for retail managers and teams
• Focus on employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and people engagement
• Coach managers to become more independent in HR matters
• Work closely with HR Manager, peer HRBP, payroll, admin, and L&D teams
• Fast-paced, evolving retail environment; process improvement mindset required
• Hybrid role: 3 days in West London office, flexible remote working
• Competitive salary (£50-55k), bonus, pension, healthcare after probation, holiday allowance negotiable
• Must have strong HR experience in multi-site retail or hospitality; CIPD Level 5 desirable
• Not suitable for candidates seeking a strategic or highly structured HR environment
