HR Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for a HR Manager to join a leading global retailer, in their Shanghai office.
This is a brand new role for the business, so really exciting for someone who really wants to make the role their own.

The role:
• Manage all HR functions in the Shanghai office
• Look at recruitment and talent mapping in China
• Collaborate with HR teams in the European HQ to ensure consistency in the group
• Implement new process and legislation to the China office

The candidate:
• Previous experience as a HR manager, with a strong retail background
• Experience in the 360 of HR functions – talent, payroll, learning and development etc
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Previous change management experience

This is a really exciting role to join a global powerhouse as they go through international expansion. There is a competitive salary up to 40,000 RMB, plus bonus potential.
