In-store Marketing Manager, F&F - 12 month fixed term contract

We are on the lookout for an In Store Marketing Manager to join our F&F team here at Tesco. As In-store Marketing Manager, you will lead the delivery of all in-store customer marketing communication for the Home & Clothing division across UK, ROI and Central Europe markets.

Please note: This is a 12 month secondment opportunity.

You will be responsible for:

Leading delivery of Home & Clothing POS across stores and formats in UK, ROI and Central Europe markets.
Driving forward customer shopping experience, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints in line with brand guidleines.
Building strong briefs and delivering market-leading In-store campaigns for major events (including F&F seasonal/product launches, Back to School and Christmas) that contribute directly to campaign objectives.
Innovative in-store communication solutions, keeping pace with evolving retail trends.
In-store display guidelines and principles for simple in-store execution.
Drive any retail media partnerships for in-store where applicable.
Managing annual budgets by period and quarter, ensuring all projects are forecasted efficiently and delivered to plan.
Managing and inspiring a high-performing team.
Collaborating with key stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless execution.
Strong supplier relationships and efficient processes to ensure smooth delivery of PO’s.
Drive efficiencies to reduce costs and wastage.

You will need:

End‑to‑end POS supply chain experience.
Skilled in delivering inspiring briefs, developing impactful omnichannel comms, and turning data into actionable insights.
Understanding of crafting distinctive brand positioning.
Strong project, campaign, and marketing operations management skills.
Excellent stakeholder, agency, and supplier management, with strong communication and organisational abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Experience across marketing communications, people management, and budget management.
Background working with retailers and FMCG brands.
