Internal Communications Campaigns Manager

Our Internal Communications team is now looking for a Campaigns Manager to lead engaging, strategic campaigns that connect colleagues with our purpose and bring our culture to life. About the Role

In this role, you will lead the planning, delivery, and measurement of internal campaigns that inspire and engage our people. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll create compelling narratives that bring clarity to change, celebrate success, and drive connection across the business. From transformation and leadership updates to colleague engagement programmes, you’ll own the end-to-end campaign journey across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering integrated campaigns aligned with our company priorities and values
Translating business strategies into clear, engaging communications
Managing messaging across channels such as email, intranet, digital signage, video and events
Advising and coaching senior leaders on communication best practices
Writing and editing content including scripts, articles, newsletters, and FAQs
Measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and using insight to optimise impact

Based at our Hammersmith office, this is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days on-site per week, depending on business needs.

About You

You’ll be a confident and creative communicator with strong editorial instincts and a collaborative mindset. With significant experience in internal communications and campaign management, you’ll thrive on shaping how colleagues connect with our strategy and culture.

You will:

Have 7+ years’ experience in internal communications, preferably in a complex or matrixed organisation
Be a skilled writer, editor, and storyteller, able to simplify complex topics
Have a proven track record of delivering high-impact communications for change initiatives and engagement campaigns
Be confident working with senior leaders and influencing at all levels
Be experienced in using digital communication tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Poppulo
Bring creativity, adaptability, and a passion for colleague experience
