Internal Communications Creative Designer
Our Internal Communications team is now looking for a Creative Designer to help shape how we communicate and inspire our colleagues through beautifully crafted content. If you're a visual thinker with a passion for storytelling, design and employee engagement, this could be your next move.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be supporting the development and delivery of engaging multimedia content across internal campaigns and communication platforms. From infographics and presentations to videos and social content, you’ll ensure everything we produce is on-brand, effective and engaging.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing graphics, visuals, and digital content to support internal messaging
Assisting with internal newsletters, intranet updates, and campaign materials
Supporting internal events with video editing and design assets
Ensuring multimedia assets are organised and easily accessible
Collaborating with teams across the business to bring their internal initiatives to life
You’ll be based at our Hammersmith office with flexible hybrid working, typically on-site a minimum of three days per week.
About You
You’ll be a creative collaborator who loves turning complex ideas into compelling visual stories. With experience in graphic design and video editing, you’ll be confident juggling multiple briefs while staying focused on quality and consistency.
You will:
Have 1–2 years’ experience in design or multimedia content creation (internships welcome)
Be confident using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other multimedia tools
Have strong layout, design and typography skills
Understand internal communications platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Viva Engage)
Be highly organised, collaborative, and eager to learn and innovate
