Licensing Manager
A global retailer is looking for a licensing manager to join its licensing team at its London office. This organisation has some of the biggest names and most well-loved brands in its market. It is a multi-billion-dollar organisation distributing product to over 80 countries, with offices in Hong Kong, China, London, France, Spain and Germany. Due to exponential year-on-year growth, all offices are growing the teams across all functions.
The licensing manager will be responsible for supporting the UK-based licensing team in delivering inbound initiatives across EMEA and reports to the global senior licensing director. You will manage the companies licensor portfolio across the EMEA region, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, taking ownership of the portfolio from a financial, relationship and legal perspective. You will take ownership for managing quarterly business reviews with the EMEA licensors and will support with global QBRs outside of EMEA. You’ll also be a part of new business meetings and will attend regular trade shows across the UK and wider global market.
Coming from a licensing background, you’ll have a strong understanding across the licensing spectrum including contract management, forecasting, and analytics. You’ll need a proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with an ability to deal with multiple data sets at any given time. You’ll be a collaborative team player who works with energy and drive. You’ll enjoy working in a close-knit team who is willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in whenever needed. The team dynamic is vibrant, fun-loving and sociable.
In return they are offering a competitive salary of up to £60,000, a generous bonus and 33 days holiday, including bank holiday entitlement. The office is located in Central London and offers hybrid working.
