Luxury Department Manager
A leading luxury retailer is looking for a department manager to lead the fashion division. As a key member of the management team, you'll play a vital role in curating an exceptional customer journey, driving sales, and nurturing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of sales associates and stylists within your department.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every client receives a personalised and memorable experience.
• Achieve and exceed department sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards, in line with luxury brand guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with clients, creating loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
• Collaborate with buying, merchandising, and marketing teams to deliver on strategic goals.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a management role within luxury retail or premium fashion.
• A genuine passion for fashion, styling, and luxury lifestyle.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commercially astute with a track record of achieving sales and operational excellence.
• A customer-centric mindset with an eye for detail and brand integrity.
The salary is paying up to £35,000 + quarterly commissions.
