Luxury Sales Consultant
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Luxury Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury watches, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This role requires delivering a premium shopping experience, providing expert advice, and helping clients find the perfect timepiece.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand’s values and standards.
Develop and maintain expert knowledge of luxury watch brands, models, complications, and industry trends.
Actively engage with clients, providing personalised advice and guidance on watch selection.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for repeat business.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor meets brand presentation standards.
Support stock management, including inventory, stock replenishment, and product care.
Participate in in-store events, launches, and client experiences.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches or jewellery.
Strong knowledge and passion for watches, horology, and luxury brands.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales skills with a proven ability to achieve targets.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in [insert languages if required].
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
