My client are looking for a Merchandising Admin Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis at a leading luxury clothing brand based in Nottingham.

Role Overview
As a Merchandising Admin Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our product flow smooth and efficient. Supporting the merchandising team, you'll ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time, helping us continue to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Merchandiser and Assistant Merchandiser with day-to-day admin tasks
Update and maintain key merchandising reports (sales, stock, intake)
Raise and track purchase orders and liaise with suppliers
Assist with stock allocations and replenishments across stores and online
Ensure accurate product setup on internal systems
Monitor deliveries and update intake forecasts
Help prepare trading packs and seasonal reviews
What We’re Looking For
Strong administrative and organisational skills
A good understanding of Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables preferred)
Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
Previous experience working in fashion and retail as an MAA
Excellent communication skills and team spirit
Previous experience in merchandising, retail buying, or fashion admin
