We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our marketing team; the Marketing Assistant will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing activities and campaigns. This will include supporting with the creation and delivery of a diverse range of internal and external marketing communication.
To cost effectively recruit new customers, raise brand awareness and move brand perception to aid company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide local marketing support (provision of logos, coupon offers, posters, flyers, info. etc.) to drive footfall and sales
•Monitor and report effectiveness of all local marketing initiatives and report on effectiveness of these campaigns
•Assist with the organisation of store, regional and national events and attend if needed to assist the rest of the team
•Co-ordinate the Produce monthly PR coverage report to share with the rest of the business
•Understand the season’s trends and assist with the provision of samples to the PR agency that meet those seasonal trends.
•Assist with the production of the quarterly consumer magazine: co-ordinating samples for reader makeover and images for fashion pages
•Develop a plan for in-store voiceovers following the activity planner and work closely with agency on the production of scripts and voiceovers to deliver relevant and timely marketing messages in line with activity planning
•Develop a plan for customer facing screens to promote new season launches, Bonus club events and any other marketing initiatives in line with activity planning
•Work with Marketing Executive to produce monthly publication Marketing Post to send to communicate to stores best practices, charity, eventing ideas and press coverage.
•Be responsible for updating the marketing In 2 Bon pages to ensure any activity marketing are doing is shared with the store teams and other departments

Person Specification:
•Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•Telephone skills
•Ability to drive would be an advantage although not essential (some UK travel required)
•Highly communicative
•Enthusiastic with eagerness to learn
•Confident
