Marketing Manager

We're thrilled to be partnering with a retailer celebrated for its innovative design and rich heritage. They work with both their in-house brand and other well-known labels. We're seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts and report directly to the CEO.

This role involves developing the brand's strategic message and offering expert guidance in content, media relations, paid social media, and influencer engagement. We need someone with a retail background who has a proven record of implementing comprehensive marketing strategies while also demonstrating creativity and proactivity. The ideal candidate should also have the skills to influence senior stakeholders effectively.

The base salary for this role is up to £50,000, depending on experience. The position offers hybrid work flexibility, with 1 or 2 days of remote work per week. Our office is located in Hemel Hempstead, so having a driver's license is a plus. We can also consider part-time hours if that's your preference.
