We’re on the lookout for a creative, hands-on Marketing Manager to join our team at Megan’s — one of London’s most loved neighbourhood restaurant brands. 💙

If you love food, people, storytelling, and bringing brands to life, this could be your next big move!

You’ll take the lead and get stuck in on everything from seasonal campaigns and menu launches to local partnerships, community events, and brand moments that make guests fall in love with Megan’s all over again.

This is a mid-weight, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with our Marketing & Sales Director to grow brand love, drive footfall, and spread that signature Megan’s magic. ✨

What you'll be doing

Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns: from seasonal moments to local initiatives, across owned, earned, and paid channels.
Own the marketing calendar: delivering menu launches, new openings, and major trading events.
Keep our digital presence fresh: manage updates and content on the Megan’s website, working with partners to improve UX and performance.
Drive local marketing: partner with our Operations team to create tailored strategies that boost engagement and drive footfall in each restaurant.
Lead community & charity initiatives: nurture relationships with our neighbourhoods, manage charity partnerships, and oversee Megan’s charity pot, making sure funds are fairly distributed and celebrated with our teams and guests.
Support paid media and performance marketing activity: across Meta, Google, and beyond, ensuring every pound delivers impact.
Collaborate across teams: work hand-in-hand with Ops, People, and Support Office teams to align campaigns and activations.
Champion the Megan’s brand: ensure every message reflects our tone, values, and neighbourhood feel — and empower teams with tools and templates to bring it to life.
Report & learn: track campaign performance and use insights to make each one better than the last.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a multi-channel marketing role, ideally within multi-site hospitality or retail.
Strong campaign planning and project management skills - you can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
Confident briefing and managing creative, digital, and media agencies.
Comfortable using digital platforms and project management tools.
Excellent copywriting skills and laser-sharp attention to detail.
Commercially minded and data-driven - you know how to measure what matters.
A natural relationship builder, comfortable working with everyone from restaurant teams to external partners.
Passionate about community, charity, and hospitality — you care deeply about the positive impact a brand can make.
