Marketing Manager
As the voice of the Northern Irish customer, this role ensures that customer needs and preferences are represented in all marketing activities. Operating within Tesco’s marketing operating model, the Marketing Manager collaborates across teams to develop and implement the right customer plan for the region, driving engagement and loyalty.
You will be responsible for:
Identify local market insights to drive growth.
Work closely with NI commercial and retail teams.
Cross functionally project managing the execution of the trade plans by delivering coherent campaigns across Brand, Design, Media Channel, Commercial and Channel Teams.
Delivering campaigns to agreed budgets, working closely with Customer, Commercial and Channel teams.
Being the voice of the customer for Northern Ireland within the wider ROI & Group customer teams.
Influencing the delivery and execution of all elements of all the Trade Campaigns including: Colleague engagement, Instore, Digital and Customer Comms to achieve Campaign objectives.
Working with both internal and external agency partners to create / innovate the customer Trade Campaigns in order to truly deliver against customer insight and campaign objectives.
Completing post implementation reviews of Trade Campaigns to ensure consistent improvements.
Forecasting and managing my budgets effectively, always being cost conscious
You will need:
Experiencing of influencing at all work levels
Campaign management experience
Experience in managing projects / campaigns from strategy through planning and execution
Working in a fast paced environment
Experience working with Agencies
Experience managing campaign budgets
Ability to present to and influence senior management
