A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a merchandise planner to join an innovative online brand, who cover groceries, beauty and more. This brand is technology-driven, forward-thinking and blends innovation, efficiency, and premium positioning . The brand is renowned for putting customers at the heart of what they do and always delivering a seamless experience.

The merchandise planner will support the merchandising team in planning, trading, stock clearance and exit strategy. You will manage OTB, monitor stock levels, replenishment, analyse sales data, manage pricing, promotions and markdowns. You will collaborate cross-functionally with buying, marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product launches are met.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience at assistant/junior merchandiser level. You'll be highly confident with trading, have exceptional analytical skills and have a deep understanding of the market. You will approach problem-solving tasks with confidence, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

In return, the company offers a salary ranging from £35,000 - £38,000, pension scheme, 26 days annual leave, private healthcare and an excellent development programme. This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work from the office three days a week and two from home.
