Merchandiser

A multi-product fashion retailer based in the Acton area is looking for an entry level merchandiser to join their team. The company is well established and loved by many, providing some of the highest quality women’s footwear, bags, and accessories. This is a hybrid role which will consist of 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home.

The main responsibility in this role will be to liaise with other functions of the business to enhance sales opportunities. This will consist of ensuring the departments have appropriate stock levels to meet sales and profit targets. you will also be responsible for producing, analyzing, and presenting reports to express ways in which productivity can be maximized.

This role is perfect for a junior merchandiser who is keen to make a step up. The ideal candidate will be an effective planner who has experience with exposure to the WSSI and is familiar with the end-to-end merchandising process. The chosen candidate will be comfortable with presenting ideas and findings to their team members, followed up by regular appraisals and training as well as assisting in the recruitment of new team members.

The salary is paying up to £45,000.
