Merchandiser

A retailer who is going from strength to strength this year is looking for a merchandiser for their womenswear category. This retailer has many sustainability pledges and has been recognised for this winning awards and achieving B Corp status. Other awards they have won are centered around workplace and wellbeing.

As a merchandiser, you will be working closely with the merchandiser to plan and manage sales, stock and markdown strategies to maximise sales. Other key relationships include the buying and design team. Predominantly focusing on wovens but happy to look at any category.

Coming from a merchandising background, you could be an senior assistant merchandiser or junior merchandiser looking to develop their career.

The role is paying £46,000. There is a bonus and benefits package that includes NVQ enrolment opportunities, pension schemes, long service awards and sabbaticals. Working 3 days in the office and 2 from home. Please note this is an initial 12 month fixed term contract.
