Merchandiser

An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced merchandiser to join a friendly and growing team based in Beauly. This role is perfect for someone with a love of retail, great attention to detail, and strong analytical skills. The company is a heritage brand known for quality clothing.

You’ll support all areas of buying and merchandising—managing stock, running reports, forecasting, and helping to plan and build seasonal ranges. You’ll also be the key point of contact for suppliers and the shop team, ensuring smooth communication and timely deliveries.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the buying team with planning and reporting
- Managing stock levels, orders, and supplier communications
- Assisting with range planning, photoshoots, and seasonal forecasting
- Creating and maintaining reports to track performance

What we’re looking for:
- Previous merchandising experience (ideally in retail)
- Advanced Excel and strong communication skills
- A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach

This is a permanent role, based on-site in Beauly, working 4 days per week. Salary is up to £33,000 for the four day week, offering 25 days holiday, pension and some flex around hours.
