Merchandiser

Are you passionate about fashion, trends, and turning data into commercially successful collections? An established fashion retailer is looking for a driven and creative Merchandiser to join their dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our product offering.

About the Role:
As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning, selecting, and managing product ranges to maximise sales and profitability. You’ll work closely with buying, design, and marketing teams to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse sales data and market trends to forecast demand
- Plan and manage product ranges, pricing, and stock levels
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to drive sales
- Collaborate with buyers and designers to build commercially successful collections
- Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock availability
- Prepare reports and present insights to senior stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A keen eye for fashion trends and consumer behaviour
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and retail systems
