Merchandiser/Senior Merchandiser, Handbags & Accessories

We're looking for a merchandiser/senior merchandiser to join a well-established premium fashion retailer with an exciting international growth journey ahead. As the business continues to expand across key global markets, including the USA, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and growing one of its most important product categories. With a strong focus on innovation and commercial performance, you'll have the autonomy to influence strategy, challenge existing ways of working and make a genuine impact.

As senior merchandiser for handbags & accessories, you will lead the trading, planning and merchandising strategy for the full-price accessories business. Working closely with buying, wholesale and digital teams, you'll drive sales, profitability and stock performance through forecasting, WSSI management, range planning, trading analysis and strategic decision making. You'll also mentor an assistant merchandiser while presenting commercial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

We're looking for an experienced merchandiser or established senior merchandiser with recent handbags and accessories experience, ideally gained within a premium or accessible luxury brand. You'll bring strong commercial acumen, advanced analytical and forecasting skills, excellent stakeholder management and the confidence to influence at senior level. Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment, along with strong Excel skills and exposure to Power BI, would be highly advantageous.
