We’re hiring a Store Manager for a flagship, multi-million-pound retail site.

This is a bit different from your typical retail role. It’s less about just running a store day-to-day, and more about driving sales through smart decisions—product range, layout, stock, and working closely with brand partners to maximise performance.

You’ll be managing relationships across buying, merchandising, suppliers, and in-store teams, so being confident influencing others is key. You’ll also have real autonomy to shape how the store trades and performs.

We’re looking for someone with strong retail experience, a focus on delivering great service, and a commercial mindset married with large team leadership. If you enjoy analysing performance, making decisions, and leading from the front, you’ll fit right in.

The business is performing exceptionally well, with strong sales and a great culture where people tend to stay long-term.

💼 Salary up to £47,000 + bonus up to £9,000
🗓 Only 1 in 3 weekends
