Online Fulfilment Team Manager
A bit about the role
As an In-store fulfilment Team Manager, you will be at the heart of our Supply Chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination between the shop floor teams, customer service, our fulfilment DC in Birmingham, head office digital teams and our buying and merch team. Your leadership will ensure we deliver on our customer promise by fulfilling orders efficiently and effectively.
You will oversee the department and lead a wider team of Online fulfilment associates, owning, developing and delivering all aspects of Selfridges activities while driving performance, compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
As an In-store Fulfilment Team Manager, you will:
Lead and deliver objectives
Be accountable for dept KPIs including compliance, productivity, performance and cost reduction.
Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and understanding of costs and their impact
Operational planning
Forecast and plan workload to meet volume demands.
Organise resource to deliver seamless fulfilment while maintaining efficiency.
Leadership & people management
Manage, coach, and motivate your team to deliver excellence.
Provide regular feedback, recognising strengths and addressing development areas with tailored progression plan.
Set and monitor bi yearly goals and objectives for your team.
Create and encourage a collaborative, high performance culture aligned to Selfridges initiatives and values.
Customer focus
Deliver an extraordinary customer service experience across all fulfilment touchpoints.
Drive improvements in service to exceed customer expectations.
Collaboration and Stakeholder engagement
Build effective cross functional relationships with internal stake holders (shop floor, digital trade, B&M, finance ).
Promote teamwork and knowledge sharing to enhance fulfilment processes.
Compliance and standards
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and security protocols.
Maintain operational excellence in line with company policies and procedures.
Business growth and continuous improvement
Identify opportunities for business development and operational improvement.
Implement innovative solutions to drive efficiency and meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders/ customers.
