Operations Manager
A leading fashion & home retailer are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their dynamic retail team in Camberley. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and has a proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
As Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring operational efficiency & overseeing the delivery & replenishment process. You will have direct line management accountability for the online delivery & sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth trading
• Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team
• Manage stock control, deliveries, and inventory accuracy
• Drive operational efficiency and implement best practices
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
• Support recruitment, training, and performance management
• Work collaboratively to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store standards
About You:
• Previous experience in an operations Manager or senior retail management role
• Fashion retail experience preferred
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Commercially aware with a hands-on management style
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexible, proactive, and customer-focused
The salary is paying up to £40,000
